Pick what pulls you in
Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, news whatever your thumb goes to without asking. Apps and websites both, as many as you like.
You don't decide to lose an hour. You just open the app. Feedlock puts a wall in front of the ones that take it and a slow breath in front of the wall.
How it works
Most blockers give you a limit you'll tap past. Feedlock uses Apple's own Screen Time lock, so the stop is real.
Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, news whatever your thumb goes to without asking. Apps and websites both, as many as you like.
The block is enforced by iOS itself, not a timer you can dismiss. It survives a force-quit and it doesn't negotiate.
Reach for one anyway and you get a slow breath and a question: what are you actually here for? Most of the time, that's enough.
The part nobody else does
If you override a block, they're told. That's it no lectures, no dashboards, no scores. Just someone who knows.
Being seen is the cheapest willpower there is, and it changes what you do at 1 AM more than any app ever will. They can send a nudge back. You can drop them any time.
When a breath isn't enough
Lock a block so that even you can't lift it early. Pick an hour, an evening, or until 7 AM, hold to confirm, and it's done. There's no settings menu to sneak into at 1 AM. That's the entire point.
Sleep hours, work hours, every weekday put it on rails and stop having to decide. The blocks arrive on their own and lift on their own.
What you dodged, the time you got back, your longest streak, and which day of the week is hardest for you. The pattern is usually the answer.
One switch turns on system-wide website filtering Safari, in-app browsers, private tabs included. A clean break, not a negotiation.
Plans
No trial wall, no crippled free tier. Pro is for people who want the whole garden.
Questions
Not in the moment that's the design. A normal block asks for a breath and an intention first. Strict Mode won't let you lift it early at all. You can always revoke Screen Time permission in iOS Settings or delete the app, because Apple requires that; Feedlock is built so that in the moment when it matters, the easy exits are closed.
No. Your blocked apps, your usage, and your browsing never leave your device that's a hard requirement of Apple's Screen Time framework and we don't work around it. The only thing that reaches our servers is aggregate daily counts, so your streak survives a new phone. Details are in the privacy policy.
No. Blocking works fully signed out. An account only exists so your streak follows you to a new phone and so you can pair with an accountability partner.
That you overrode a block and when, your display name, and your aggregate counts. They cannot see which apps you blocked, which app you opened, or anything else on your device. They can send you one of four preset nudges there's no free-text messaging. You can remove them whenever you want.
Not yet. Feedlock is built on Apple's Screen Time frameworks, which have no direct Android equivalent, so iPhone comes first.
